RETURN & EXCHANGE

You can replace or exchange only non personalized items, unless they arrive defective. Please send a picture of the item and after inspecting the defect you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For non personalized items please send it up to 14 business days in new condition and it's original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued when the item arrive at the studio not including shipping costs and minus 5% off the price you paid or 100₪, the lower between the two.
